Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship from

Fernwick orders are fulfilled through our sourcing partner and dispatched from our partner warehouses. We state this openly so that delivery expectations are clear before you order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery time

8 business days after dispatch for standard delivery to the EU. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore approximately 9–11 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and peak seasons can extend them.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Import duties and VAT

Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Where an order is subject to import duties or handling fees on arrival, these are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
